Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment to identify and address issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Conditions & Working Environment

This position occasionally must maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment. Making adjustments to and/or mechanical/electrical repairs to equipment in a safe, efficient manner required.

Position is constantly inside a semi- open- air warehouse. In the summers there can be high heat and cold temperatures in winter, although there are mitigating efforts in place around the warehouse.
