Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

This position is a "working Supervisor" position actively involved in daily operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate and participate in the activities of the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective maintenance support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatics systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations.

Physical Conditions & Working Environment

This position occasionally must maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment. Making adjustments to and/or mechanical/electrical repairs to equipment in a safe, efficient manner required.

Position is constantly inside a semi- open- air warehouse. In the summers there can be high heat and cold temperatures in winter, although there are mitigating efforts in place around the warehouse.
