QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform repairs on various types of Construction machines: dozers, backhoes, skid steers, motor graders, wheel loaders and various other machinery and attachments.
- Perform PM’s on machines
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems
- Troubleshoot and repair engines
- Troubleshoot and repair powertrain and various other systems
- Troubleshoot technology systems on machines
- Use computer diagnostic tooling in repairs
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS
- Ability to read and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide.
- Ability to fulfill the essential functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
- Ability to apply to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral instructions.
- Ability to problem solve involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school or GED and/or zero to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid class C driver license and a clean D.M.V. report.

COMPENSATION
Entry level is $20.84 to experiences $39.70.
Wage depends on knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
Hourly rate of pay as negotiated with Operating Engineers, Local #3. Excellent company-paid benefits including medical, dental, retirement, vacations, and holidays.
