Overview
The Meaningful Day Services Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative and supervisory duties for CORE Foundations staff supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The incumbent will provide supervision, manage time-off requests, and approve payroll for assigned Community Development Specialists (CDS) on their caseloads. Additionally, this position will collaborate with the Neurodiversity at Work leadership team to ensure the compliance of service delivery and implementation of person-centered plans, to include confirming weekly/monthly billable service hours, person-centered plan review, and ongoing community engagement with local businesses and volunteer sites. The incumbent will provide direct support as needed for individuals in the areas of community development services, employment services, and behavioral support services. This position requires travel in and around the greater Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area.

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma, certificate of completion, or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
