Essential Functions:

• Stay updated on regulations and standards.
• Develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
• Monitor and manage care plans and documentation.
• Assist with discharge processes and administrative tasks.
• Ensure infection control and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Requirements:

• Current State License as a Nurse
• C.P.R. Certified
• Preferred: One year of nursing experience in long-term care.

Knowledge of the MDS process is essential.
