Essential Functions:

• Stay updated on federal and state regulations.
• Develop comprehensive care plans for Residents.
• Coordinate and monitor written care plans.
• Assist with nurse's notes and discharge processes.
• Ensure accurate MDS documentation and perform audits.
• Maintain confidentiality and report hazardous conditions.
• Promote a caring environment and respond to Resident needs.

Requirements:

• Current State License as a Nurse
• C.P.R. Certified
• Preferred: One year of nursing experience in long-term care
• Knowledge of MDS process
