Job Summary: The Restorative Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising the restorative nursing program within the facility, acting as a liaison between therapy and nursing departments.

Essential Duties:

Develop and implement nursing care standards and policies.

Evaluate patient care quality and recommend improvements.

Conduct rehabilitation assessments and oversee care plans.

Collaborate with therapy departments and attend care planning meetings.

Coordinate staff training on restorative nursing practices.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of restorative nursing experience required.

Current nursing registration and CPR certification required.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 25 pounds and manage emotional stress effectively.
