Job Title: MBA Product Marketing Intern
Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is on-site & full-time. Imperative Care does not provide relocation or additional housing compensation for the summer internship.

What You’ll Do
The Product Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team with activities in support of commercializing Imperative Care’s new and approved products. This may include commercialization planning, market research, messaging development, launch strategies and development of sales and marketing tools.
Imperative Care provides an opportunity for students to work in the dynamic medical device industry and gain valuable hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment, instruments, and facilities. Our internship program is designed to give interns foundational experience and exposure to a variety of roles and areas of focus to help prepare them for a career in MedTech. This program also offers ongoing networking, learning and professional development opportunities, mentorship from executive leadership, social activities and peer-to-peer interaction.

Salary: $35/hourly for 10 week internship

What You’ll Do
The Product Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team with activities in support of commercializing Imperative Care’s new and approved products. This may include commercialization planning, market research, messaging development, launch strategies and development of sales and marketing tools.
- Assist in developing commercialization strategies for new products, including marketing plans, messaging development, social media strategy, coordination of launch tactics etc.
- Collaborate on development of sales tools, including animations, videos, brochures and presentations for new and approved products
- Support medical conference tradeshow planning and execution
- Assist in executing marketing programs, including webinars and physician education events
- Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business, Science or Engineering. MBA student
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or Engineering
- Expected Master’s Degree graduation in 2023 or 2024
- Strong creative and analytical thinker who is intellectually curious
- Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently using good judgment and initiative
- Team player who can incorporate input from others
- Ability to speak up when important information or questions must be raised
- Sound decision making capabilities
