If you have at least 2 years of experience with inventory management and administrative support then this is the role for you! salary: $25 - $27.98 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities As a Materials Specialist, job duties include: + Conduct regular physical inventory checks to verify stock levels and ensure accuracy. + Label inventory bins/locations appropriately to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval processes. + Add physical inventory bins/locations as required based on organizational needs. + Coordinate with relevant teams to request the creation of bins in the ERP system to accurately reflect physical inventory setup. + Work closely with the ERP system to update inventory data accurately and in a timely manner. This includes adding new parts to the system, based on physical inventory, supplied equipment BOMs (Bill of Materials), and working parts inventory logs. + Create part labels and ensure they are applied correctly to existing inventory as well as newly delivered inventory. Skills: + 2+ years of experience working as a Materials Specialist or experience with inventory management in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with MRO/ERP systems. + High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
