Job description Material Planner - C
Hours: 8am-5pm (M-F)
Yearly Pay: $50K
Hourly Pay: $24.04
Summary: This position is responsible for planning and managing schedule to meet customer delivery requirements. Must be able to work with people on all organizational levels inside and outside our facility.
Responsibilities & Duties
Main responsibilities (Other tasks may be assigned as needed for business):

Create and manage purchase orders to suppliers based on required delivery dates

Review customer forecasts and orders for changes or supply chain issues

Track incoming shipments

Monitor and maintain inventory levels
-
Communicate and provide support to customers
-
Review and schedule deliveries per customer delivery dates
-
Responsible for invoicing and maintaining pricing
-
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of projects, individuals, and the company.
Qualifications and Skills

Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills

Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
