$17.00/Hour
Shift:3:00pm-11:30pm
1st. training will probably be on 2nd because that’s when the trainers work. Then in about a week or two they will be moved to first. The reason is because the hardware is limited at this point right now and all the stations will be full on 2nd, but for training purposes they will be on 2nd.
Vision exam required and can be done onsite at HON once started.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Complete diary logs into inventory
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. May require a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Special Considerations: Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions. Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated. Operation of a Powered industrial truck is considered at least Industrial and may be considered Heavy as determined by other exposures.
All US, ISC, touch labor roles are eligible Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure:
$1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance;
$1k at 60 days
$1k at 90 days
to get 60 and 90 day bonus; worker must have received 14 day bonus.
