Material Handler - Precision Staffing

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and play a vital role in our fast-paced distribution facility. You’ll work in a temperature-controlled environment ranging from -20°F to +35°F, ensuring the safe and efficient storage, handling, and distribution of food products. Whether you’re experienced with forklifts or ready to learn, this position offers training and growth opportunities.

Shift: 1st Shift, 7AM - 330PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial trucks, including stand-up reach forklifts, dock trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Load and unload palletized products from semi-trailers.
• Pick and locate palletized products in cooler and freezer areas.
• Build customer orders by case-picking products accurately.
• Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment for food storage and distribution.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Forklift experience is strongly preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (-20°F to +35°F) with appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong math skills for calculating product totals to build orders.
• Safety-conscious and committed to following safety procedures and policies.
• Thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
