Who we are looking for / Requirements:
- Execute the receiving, storing, consolidating, picking, staging and distribution of materials required for projects and sales orders.
- Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another.
- Physically and systemically receive and issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments.
- Create, monitor and timely resolve all material that requires Non Conformance Reporting and the use of our Quarantine process.
- Arrange domestic and international shipments by various multimodal transports (Air, Ocean, Road) to/from various destinations in compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Create and/or maintain transactional inventory records.
- Maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity.
- Communicate notify appropriate personnel of shipping inventory discrepancies.
- Fill orders and deliver to internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain stocking inventory objectives.
- Quantifies and verifies cycle count.
- May assist in training new hires.
- Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies; and key concern reporting.
- Perform other duties and or special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in storing and material handling.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the use of SAP.
- Forklift license with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar industry.
- Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language.
- Proficient in basic mathematics.
- Ability to communicate well and work with others.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Ability to consistently lift.
- Skilled in forklift driving to pick up totes, drums and pails.

- Ability to utilize automated lifting equipment.
- Ability to consistently lift.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Education:
- High school Diploma or local equivalent.
