The Job
Unchained Labs is looking for a material handler in Pleasanton, CA to enhance our day-to-day
operations. You will pick, pack, and ship our parts and instruments to customers worldwide.
Proven experience to create shipping documentation working with online programs. You should
be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency that will enhance our ability to deliver the parts needed
as our team builds the instruments vital to our customers. This is a FULL-TIME role, with
excellent benefits and a lot of flexibility for your work schedule.
Responsibilities
Looking for a motivated, detailed oriented, hardworking person to join our warehouse team.
• Pick, pack, and ship small parcel
• Prepare any parts, assemblies, and materials for shipment in accordance with applicable
vendor and customer specifications
• Kitting and packaging
• Communicate with warehouse, manufacturing and field teams to ensure timely shipments
and maintain inventory integrity
• Back up receiving function as needed
• Maintain an organized warehouse space
Qualifications
• Detailed oriented with accurate data entry skills
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, DHL for both domestic and international shipments is
necessary
• Experience working with customs agents for shipment clearance, a plus
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
• Must be a team player willing to adjust to a changing environment
• Ability to lift heavy products up to 40 lbs., climb ladders, and work independently
• Forklift experience a plus
• 2+ yrs. experience in warehouse
• Basic computer literacy
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $39,000 - $72,000. This salary range is an
estimate, and the actual base salary may vary based on the Company's compensation
practices. This role is also eligible for our annual bonus or commission program, and
comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs
