Material Handler - Marquee Staffing

Job Summary:

Individual will receive and inspect materials and manage all materials inventories, including raw materials, WIP, processing materials, and equipment spares and consumables. Individual will assist with setting inventory levels and ensuring levels are maintained. Other duties may be assigned as needed, including production and equipment maintenance.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and unpack received materials and enter receiving transactions in SL Dynamics ERP.
• Verify condition of received items, comparing to purchase order, packing slip, or other records and noting discrepancies.
• Scan and maintain incoming inspection documentation.
• Maintain raw material inventories, including substrate inventory, and assure just in time delivery.
• Order and maintain equipment spare parts and consumable materials inventory.
• Maintain equipment spare parts.
• Track and maintain fabrication WIP and assure physical inventories are consistent with MES
• Ensure non-conforming materials are addressed timely
• Package and ship wafers to customers according to documented procedures.
• Generate and review shipping documentation included with shipments.
• Other duties or projects as assigned

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience: 
Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Be well organized and pay close attention to detail.
• Have good eye/hand dexterity, and be able to handle fragile parts.
• Have experience working with computers and database software.
• Be available for overtime work when needed.
• US Citizen: Yes, or green card.
• Language: Must speak and write English.
• US driver’s license and vehicle that can be used for company needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One to two years stock room/material handling and material inventor management experience
• Hands-On experience with general equipment troubleshooting and minor repair.
• AS degree in a technical field or technical military training in a technical discipline.
