ABR is recruiting Material Handlers for our client in Mosinee! 2nd shift starting at $19/hr.

Schedule: M-TH 3:15p.m.-1:15a.m., overtime on Friday as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee inventory and manage it according to company standards and guidelines
Review operational production schedules and requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including receiving material, material transfers, cycle counts, and troubleshooting quantity discrepancies between physical stock and records
Respond to Customer Service inquiries and Production orders
Process orders for shipment
Review order quality requirement
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
Backfill other areas within the inventory control department as needed
Perform other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl repeatedly
Ability to balance multiple tasks and change priorities
Team-oriented approach to projects
Ability to be trained and pass certification requirements to drive stand up lift, forklift, ride on pallet jack, and stock chaser
Ability to follow written work orders
Ability to use a tape measure and read prints
Ability to work quickly and with accuracy
Has excellent attention to detail and is good with numbers
Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
Superior organizational and communication skills
Related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics is a plus
Familiarity with IFS enterprise resource planning software is a plus
