PLEASE NOTE: This role is all on the back end and strictly data entry, so there is no actual handling of parts. Not looking for forklift or heavy moving parts.
8am – 4:30pm with 30 min lunch
The Materials Coordinator will be responsible for managing and tracking materials required for the Hydraulic Systems Division.
Responsibilities
• The Materials Coordinator will be responsible for data entry of inventory for materials required for assembly
• Track inventory levels and update inventory systems to ensure proper levels of materials are maintained for ongoing projects
• Work with Team Leaders to ensure material is accurate, minimizing delays and optimizing project timelines
• Input parts in computer
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
• High school degree or GED
• Quick learning ability
• Data-entry skills – accuracy in data entry
• Organization
• Communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving ability
• Exposure to various software types
• Have a background in administrative tasks/inventory
