Job Responsibilities:
• Design and select workholding solutions for complex parts
• Develop and optimize CAM programming for 4/5 axis machining
• Perform machining process simulations
• Collaborate with Quality Control on inspection processes
• Support shop floor personnel during part launches
• Engineer end-to-end machining processes
• Utilize Mastercam for simultaneous 5-axis milling
• Implement modern cutting tool and toolholding systems
• Interpret complex blueprints using GD&T
• Apply strong mathematical skills to solve engineering challenges
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in complex workholding design
• Proven proficiency in Mastercam for 5-axis milling
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Experience with hard metal machining
• Vericut experience preferred
• CAD software experience (e.g., SolidWorks) beneficial
