Desired results of the job:
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining an accurate inventory management system on required parts which will allow manufacturing to run efficiently.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create Molds Reconstruct Molds.
- Able to set up and run mills, lathes, surface grinders, EDM, and read blueprints.
- Set up CNC Mill.
- Use of Master CAM.
- TIG Welding.
- Able to train technicians.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience as mold maker; Minimum fifteen (15) years setting up and running mills and lathes, must have own tools.
- English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
- Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- Work environment: Manufacturing environment. Warehouse is hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months.
- Experienced using Master CAM & TIG welding.
- Able to read schematics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish a plus
