What You Will Do
The Master Scheduler drives efficient production planning, ensuring seamless alignment of machine and resource utilization with demand. As a vital contributor to the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, this role balances capacity, mitigates constraints, and supports the development of Panduit's end-to-end supply chain strategy. Key responsibilities include:

What You Will Do
The Master Scheduler drives efficient production planning, ensuring seamless alignment of machine and resource utilization with demand. As a vital contributor to the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, this role balances capacity, mitigates constraints, and supports the development of Panduit's end-to-end supply chain strategy. Key responsibilities include:
S&OP (Supply Planning):
- Analyze demand opportunities and their supply chain impacts.
- Provide mid-term capacity recommendations, collaborating with analysts.
- Conduct Rough Cut Capacity Planning and advise on adjustments like outsourcing or insourcing.
- Balance workloads with capacity, managing work orders and resource exceptions.
- Maintain accurate resource calendars to optimize shifts and efficiency.
- Update Bill of Resources (BOR) and flag critical materials.
- Partner with Global Supply Chain Analysts to align supply, demand, and capacity.
- Ensure up-to-date planning data, including resource capacities, calendars, and BOR.
- Update Planning Time Fence promptly.
- Propose solutions for short-term constraints, including rebalancing or outsourcing.
- Collaborate with Materials Management and Supply Chain Analysts to resolve issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years as a Production Scheduler/Planner; ERP (MRP) expertise preferred.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, strong data analysis, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Certifications: APICS or CSCP a plus.
