Position Overview:
As a Master Plumber, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across various properties. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' plumbing systems are functioning optimally and are maintained to the highest standards. This is a 1099 position, offering flexibility in your work schedule while requiring a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, including pipe fitting, fixture installation, and system troubleshooting.
Drive nearly 50 miles often.
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Communicate effectively with property management and other team members regarding plumbing needs and project updates.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a plumber, with a Master Plumbing license.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and repair techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
Essential plumbing tools include pipe wrenches, adjustable wrenches, plungers, pipe cutters, drain snakes, and Teflon tape.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
