Master Plumber at Monumental Builders

Hydro Companies is actively looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Plumber to join and enhance our team. Our company manages a portfolio of over 1,000 multi-family units, and this number is expected to grow to over 3,000 units within the next year. As we continue to expand, we are in need of a dedicated professional to provide top-notch plumbing and HVAC services to our clients. 

In addition to the core responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will also be expected to take on the following tasks:

• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for plumbing and HVAC systems
• Training and mentoring junior plumbing technicians
• Collaborating with property managers to address specific plumbing and HVAC needs
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

The successful candidate should be interested in taking on an equity position within the company, with the potential for financial rewards in the future. This unique opportunity allows for the chance to build up earnings and eventually sell the company within 5-10 years, with proceeds distributed among the owners accordingly. Master Plumbing license or abilty to test and obtain licneses in DC, MD & VA and qualifying Hydro is a must for this opportunity.

Some of the key tasks that will be part of our service repertoire include:

1. Conducting drain videos, jetting, clearing, and repairs
2. Addressing low water pressure issues
3. Replacing and repairing boiler valves and controls
4. Maintaining and repairing cooling towers
5. Locating and fixing leaks in plumbing systems
6. Implementing service contracts for all plumbing and HVAC systems
