About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Master Electrician to join our growing HVAC and electrical company. Immediate responsibilities include wiring heating and cooling equipment, upgrading panels as needed to support such equipment and a growing need for other electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in residential (and some commercial) electrical systems, with a strong ability to read blueprints. Must have experience and ability to work on all electrical projects related to HVAC/E - installations, repairs, replacements, etc.
The anticipated pay range for this role is $50-$65 USD per hour but are open to conversations falling outside of this rate depending on experience.What you will do:
- Assess, recommend and install a variety of electrical components
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, performing warranty services
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements
- Partner with project coordinators and operations managers
- You click with people and have experience with a variety of technologies
- You're responsible and capable of juggling many tasks at any given moment
- You understand what great service looks and feels like
- You care about your customers and take the time to understand their needs.
- MUST have valid MA MasterElectricianLicense
- Experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing electrical equipment
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for electrical layouts
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards and regulations
- Experience with logic controllers and low voltage systems
- Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- Available to work full-time with flexibility to work after hours if needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S., valid driver's license and willing to submit to a background check
