Don't miss the opportunity to join the Everlight Solar team!Responsibilities:Participate in active project pre-planning and job preparationManage material per job to ensure that teams have the correct material and that material check-out and check-in procedures are being followed.Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice electriciansQualifications:Master Electrician (WI) license/certificationJourneyman license preferred4+ years of Electrician experience (required)1+ year of Solar industry experience (preferred)Drivers License required.Have full range of mobility in the upper and lower body - Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.Must be able to multi-taskExcellent customer service skills requiredThrive in a team environmentRegular, reliable and predictable attendance requiredBe able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasksBe able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workdayAbility to climb ladders and install conduitsPerform work at heights of 20 feet or moreWilling to submit to a driving, drug, and criminal background checkPossess all necessary tools to complete the work.Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePTOSick and Safe TimePaid Holidays OffSalary: $95,000 - $100,000/ yearEverlight Solar is proudly an Equal Opportunity Employer.
