Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct electrical contractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
- Perform advanced electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues with precision.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety codes, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Estimate project costs accurately and manage electrical budgets to maintain cost efficiency.
- Obtain necessary permits for projects and schedule inspections in compliance with regulations.
- Lead on-site operations, including supervising electricians and apprentices, and delegating tasks effectively.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with inspectors to ensure projects meet standards and secure Certificates of Occupancy (CO).
- Work on-site 80% of the time, actively participating in hands-on electrical work.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Electrician, with a proven track record of managing electrical projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
- Ability to train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
- Physical ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Additional Requirements
- Must demonstrate expertise in pulling permits and leading on-site teams to complete projects efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with inspectors during walkthroughs to ensure all work is up to code and approved for final occupancy.

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends or after-hours may be required based on project needs.
