About the Job
The MDM Analyst for US Pharma will assist in resolving complex escalations, train newly onboarded team members, and assist with projects that include process automation, integration, and implementation. Additionally, the MDM Analyst will service in leading stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and Quality Controls. The MDM Analyst will be expected to provide exceptional customer service for all MDM stakeholders internally and externally.
1. • Review and Process Non-Vendor Supply Agreements and MCFs
o Work with stakeholders regularly to manage and resolve escalations, projects, and issue resolution/investigation
o Partner with Data Management and Sales to ensure proper implementation of pricing conditions per Customer Agreements
o Maintain and create positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
o Work with Legal to determine appropriate, standardized language for pricing in supply agreements 50%
2. • Identify & Develop Process Issues/Resolution
o Work with internal and external business to assist in designing new pricing procedures and protocols
o Resolve complex problems that have impact across multiple functional business units
o Assisting in developing reports and analysis 25%
3 • Analytical Tools and Projects
o Assisting in developing analytical tools and reports to communicate and execute improvements that reduce company risk, enhance financial performance, and advance the success of our business.
o Prioritize opportunistic ad-hoc projects and requests as necessary with the team.
o Liaison with multiple business function leads (Sales, BI, Pricing/Business Development, Rebates, Accounting, Legal, etc.) to gain consensus and initiate implementation of improvements that positively impact financial efforts.
o Assist in developing stable business processes for ongoing pricing monitoring and reporting. 15%
4. • Training
o Inform, Communicate, and Develop all new or existing processes to existing team members and new team members.
o Perform ongoing training and education with internal and external peers to ensure process adherence
o Ensure all new or existing training documentation is properly documented and published in the appropriate avenues 10%

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
Education/Training – degree or equivalent years’ experience
Business Experience – 2+ years’ experience in pricing, data management, or contract analytics.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills –
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization (time management) skills
• Demonstrates analytical ability and attention to details
• Advanced/Intermediate problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented environment
• Ability to work under limited general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines
• Professional conduct and demeanor, uses discretion and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in MS products (including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc)
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in SAP and Vistex
