Marzoni's Brick Oven and Brewing Co. is famous for our homemade brick oven pizza, which is only possible with our dedicated pizza staff. Job Description:

• Operation of Brick Oven and Equipment
• Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Brick Oven and Equipment
• Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of walls, floors, drains and shelves.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets.
• Proper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza dough.
• Maintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni's standard – open kitchen.
• Performing other duties as assigned or directed.
