DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing architectural design, solution concepting, and configuration of automations within the Adobe Workfront and Fusion application set. This role requires deep understanding of Adobe Workfront objects, data and process design. In addition, requires thorough knowledge of large enterprise marketing workflows in a heavy regulated industry, preferably within the Financial Sector.
Essential Job Functions
* Partner with the Workfront Product owner, business partners, users, compliance, and audit to fully understand business needs and translate those into process designs that use Workfront fusion to reduce manual data entry, improve speed to market, and the overall user experience. - (35%)
* Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and training on complex concepts like workflows, Fusion scenarios and process design. - (25%)
* Identifies opportunities within existing processes in Workfront to use Fusion automation to streamline workflows and integrate Workfront with other industry standard tools and internally hosted platforms for Sales, Marketing, Servicing, etc. - (20%)
* Mentor junior configuration colleagues to learn Workfront Fusion scenario design and implementation. - (20%)
Minimum Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* 8+ years experience in product management, business configuration, marketing workflow design in Adobe Workfront or Adobe Fusion automation/integration
* 5+ years in agile development methodologies and end-to-end product delivery
* 2+ years leading project(s), mentoring and/or coaching experience, demonstrated subject matter expert in department
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or Information Technology
* Adobe Workfront Fusion Professional Certification -Issued by Adobe
* 10+ years in product management, business configuration, marketing workflow design using Adobe Workfront or Adobe Fusion automation/integration
* 3+ years leading project(s), mentoring and/or coaching experience, demonstrated subject matter expert in department

Salary Range (unless otherwise noted below):
$108,300.00 - $196,300.00
Full Salary Range for position:
California: $124,600.00 - $245,400.00
Colorado: $108,300.00 - $206,100.00
New York: $119,200.00 - $245,400.00
Washington: $113,700.00 - $225,700.00
Maryland: $113,700.00 - $215,900.00
Washington DC: $124,600.00 - $225,700.00
Illinois: $108,300.00 - $215,900.00
New J rsey: $124,600.00 - $225,700.00
The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial's 401(k) plan.
All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time ("PSST") upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
