Job purpose

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Traffic Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in managing workflows, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of creative and media initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strategic mindset, and experience with task management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Workfront.

This role would be 5 days on-site at our Scottsdale Corporate office.

Duties and responsibilities

• Project Trafficking & Coordination: Oversee the trafficking of advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, television, radio, and video projects.

• Task Assignment: Assign tasks to team members based on their capabilities and workload, ensuring balanced and efficient workflow management.

• Workflow Management: Define and optimize departmental processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the team.

• Asset Management: Coordinate the release of creative assets to stations, networks, and other partners.

• Strategic Oversight: Think strategically about project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.

• System Organization: Utilize and maintain task management systems such as Monday.com, Asana, or Workfront to organize and track projects.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a traffic coordination or similar role, preferably within marketing or creative environments.
• Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. PM Certifications like the PMP, CAPM are preferred.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically about processes and resource allocation.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in workflow and project management systems (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Workfront).
• Team Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of team dynamics and capabilities to effectively distribute workload.
