About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in product or program management.
- 1 year of experience in marketing operations or consulting with a focus on managing and routing leads within a Business-to-Business global go-to-market organization.
- Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, SQL, and LeanData.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in Salesforce Admin, Marketo, and LeanData.
- Experience analyzing issues, developing solutions, and influencing a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Experience in a global Business-to-Business (B2B) technology environment, with an understanding of cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in driving large-scale process improvements across distributed teams in large B2B organizations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,500-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent global MQL routing processes and systems, ensuring accurate lead assignment based on criteria such as region, product interest, and company size.
- Build relationships with marketing, sales, product, and engineering stakeholders to understand lead qualification criteria, sales territory assignments, and changes in go-to-market strategy.
- Analyze MQL routing metrics, including lead distribution patterns, conversion rates, and time-to-response. Develop insightful reports and recommendations to drive continuous optimization.
- Identify and implement improvements in MQL routing workflows to increase efficiency, responsiveness, and alignment with sales goals.
- Manage the adoption of new lead routing tools and strategies, providing training and support to optimize adoption globally.
