Global Guardian’s Marketing Team is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Technology Intern. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging technology to optimize marketing operations. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of our customer data.

Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Data Management: Working under the direction of the Marketing Director and Salesforce Admin, cleanse and maintain the CRM databases (Hubspot and Salesforce) by removing duplicates, correcting errors, and standardizing information to ensure data integrity.
- Data Updating & Enrichment: Support in updating outdated records and enriching existing data using various tools and third-party platforms.
- Data Quality Monitoring: Establish processes to ensure new data entries are accurate and stay up to date.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure data alignment across departments.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track the health and effectiveness of the CRM data.
Qualifications:
- Experience or coursework in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or willingness to learn (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understanding of data management and enrichment tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Position Type and Schedule
- Spring session (8-10 weeks).
- Paid internship - $15 hourly rate.
- Part-time position and can be flexible depending on the current environment.
