Project Scope:
This role will assist the patient marketing strategy for RLT (Pluvicto and Lutathera), including the delivery of key strategic analyses, tactics planning and execution within the Integrated Marketing & Customer Experience, US Organization. This individual will report directly into a Director of Marketing Strategy that oversees the brands, partnering closely with other strategic partners, to ensure the Patient Marketing Strategy and concepts are effectively orchestrated into campaigns, tactics and experiences. The Marketer will be responsible pulling through patient creative concepts and messaging architecture, and crafting the lead asset for patients, including the patient brochure, NPP tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
" Work effectively with the Director of Marketing Strategy to establish brand-specific Patient domain expertise, and build engaging brand centered content and concepts for adaption into personalized and tailored experiences
" Implement best in class digital marketing strategies and ensure digital plans are implemented and optimized that align to brand goals and maximize business results
" Support and deliver Patient integrated plan for the brand to achieve the Product strategy and objectives; Collaborating effectively across strategic partners including NPS, Communications and Engagement.
" Drive excellence in developing the lead asset for Patient (e.g., patient brochure) through domain expertise to enable adaptation across the end-end experience, partnering closely with the Customer Experience Planning and Optimization team
Essential Requirements:
" Minimum of 3 years in commercial marketing, demonstrated experience of using data, analytics, and customer in-sights to drive personalization at scale in the US Market
" Meticulous with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
" Experience in supporting high performing brands or launch brands in highly competitive categories within the US
" Experience in collaborating effectively with various collaborators and teams including Integrated Marketing, Product, Communications, Legal, Regulatory,
" Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and collaborators
Desirable Requirements:
" Oncology experience. Prostate cancer and/or NET experience preferred.
" Recent launch experience for blockbuster specialty treatments
