About the Job
Helio Health is looking for a creative and resourceful Marketing Specialist to support its mission of promoting recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. The Marketing Specialist will be active in the community and online promoting our brand. The successful Marketing Specialist will be comfortable with adapting to new technology and analyzing data.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500.00!
Pay Rate: $58,800 - $65,000 per year.
Responsibilities:- Create written materials and graphic design elements regarding Helio Health services and developments for distribution throughout community and referral sources.
- Conduct marketing analytics and reports to the Marketing Director.
- Coordinate updates to program and program fundraising with Development staff for website development and fundraising activities.
- Attend community events related to agency mission including trade events and fairs, occasionally on an overnight basis.
- Conduct program tours.
- Research potential referral sources.
- Support relationships with community groups, third party payers, private practice physicians and community mental health and substance abuse treatment providers.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets of media stories and advertising efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
- 1-3 years related experience preferred.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Resourceful and well organized.
- Ability to effectively use computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Power Point, InDesign and WordPress.
