Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist or Sales Professional to join our real estate closing law firm / title company. The ideal candidate will have experience in using CRM systems, building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, loan officers, builders, and investors, and implementing marketing strategies that help grow our business. This role is hybrid, with weekly in-office requirements in our Charlotte, NC location.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate or legal industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with real estate or title industry a plus.
