MARKETING MANAGER

The Marketing Manager is responsible for working with a team of dynamic and highly creative professionals with a focus on project pursuits, client communications, and collaborative engagement. This individual will be responsible for managing the proposal process, developing interview presentations, coordinating awards submissions, and communicating with leaders across the firm regarding market and project opportunities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage marketing staff focused on pursuits (pursuit specialists).
- Responsible for leading pursuit teams through the proposal and interview processes. Produce high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals, facilitating and coaching interview teams in preparation for pursuit interviews.
- Ensure quality and conformance, including grammar, clarity, production, and timely delivery for all proposals.
- Support other department needs such as preparation of brochures, announcements, marketing communications, website updates, events, public relations, social media, photography, videos, etc.
- Collaborate, communicate, and interact with project teams in multiple locations.
- Work with marketing team to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
- Assist with database maintenance in Deltek VantagePoint.

Pursuits: Pursuits, Proposal Development, Interviews
- Compiling, writing, editing, and formatting content for proposals in accordance with client Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) with a high degree of accuracy and quality using Dibble Proposal Process.
- Manage, coordinate, and support proposal preparation and efforts, including assisting with go/no-go decisions.
- Digital and print production (graphic design, printing, and assembly) of proposals.
- Assist with the production of interview materials including PowerPoint presentations, boards, and other materials, as needed.
- Coordinate with consultant firms for teaming pursuits - responding to consultant RFIs.
- Continuously input and maintain marketing database.
- Ensure marketing proposals and collateral adhere to company branding.
- Collaborate with pursuit teams to identify and develop a win-strategy for each pursuit.
- Create compelling content with a winning message and approach.
- Foster synergy across RFP pursuit teams and among all stakeholders.
- Lead/assist with interview preparation and create supporting documentation (PPT, presentation boards, etc.).
- Monitor websites and publications and distribute leads and RFQ/RFPs for a go/no-go decision.
- Maintain an organized filing system for proposals, including databases.
- Update and file Government Form (SF330).
- Perform market research regarding target markets and clients.
Education and Experience:
- B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
- 10 to 20 years of marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint, Hootsuite, and SharePoint, BlueBeam Revu
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license or be able to obtain a valid driver's license within 3 months of start date.
LOCATION: This opportunity could work out of any Dibble office location
COMPENSATION: Salary depends on level of skills and experience
