Responsibilities:The Marketing Specialist will work under the direction of the Market Director in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategy and tactic deployment ranging in scope from hospital and clinic-specific to region-wide efforts. He/she will work with internal and external key stakeholders, support annual planning initiatives and help to
oversee invoice and budget efforts. This role will function as an individual contributor within the team as well as support larger initiatives under the direction and guidance of their senior peers.
- Supports a broad range of marketing needs that are aligned with the strategically identified service line and fiscal year marketing priorities identified in the annual Discovery Sessions.
- Supports the annual marketing strategies, aligned with local market and service line priorities and goals.
- Develops, implements, and monitors comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the goals and strategies within the respective market, the broader region and the enterprise as a whole.
- Supports the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives in coordination with his/her peers.
- Maintains detailed annual budgets reconciliation and tracking reports for marketing spends.
- Works in association with a cross-functional market-based team of marketing & communications managers and specialists.
- Utilizes data analytics and insights to personalize marketing and engagement efforts while enhancing the consumer and patient experience.
- Supports consumer-based market research efforts designed to identify competitive landscapes and areas for opportunity related to service improvement and volume growth.
- Develops regular reports and presentations that include campaign creative overviews and metrics associated with current and recently completed marketing efforts.
- Establishes a functional understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and oversees direct-to-consumer campaigns, including both direct mail and email.
- Oversees the coordination and logistics of the annual Discovery Session process.
- Oversees efforts related to legal agreements with partners, including contract review with legal and maintenance of the repository of legal documents.
- Support the MDR/Sales team in their effort to engage and educate referring providers about key programs, services and specialists that are prime for promotion through strategy support and collateral development.

Qualifications:MINIMUM
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
● 0-2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles.
● Strong understanding of healthcare, marketing and communications trends, regulations, and best practices.
● Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.
● Excellent presentation skills.
