About the Role
i-Tech Support, an Acumatica Gold Certified Partner and leading Managed IT Services Provider based in Orlando, Florida, is in search of an exceptional Managed Services Provider (MSP) Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.As a marketing Specialists you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts, boosting our lead generation and maitaning our brand. sales and revenue growth for the company by acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Support
· Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies.
· Create and schedule social media content to engage our audience.
· Monitor and report on social media metrics.
2. Email Campaign Drafting:
· Support the planning and execution of client communications and demand-gen email campaigns.
· Assist in crafting compelling email content and visuals.
· Learn to analyze campaign performance and contribute ideas for improvement.
3. Database Maintenance:
- Maintain an accurate and up to date contact database in our CRM
- Assist in segmenting the database for targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity.
4. Landing Page Support:
- Build landing pages for marketing campaigns and events.
- Learn to implement basic marketing automation workflows.
- Assist in optimizing landing pages for user experience.
5. Website Maintenance and Optimization:
- Liaise with Web hosting company for minor edits and additions
- Add Content as Needed
- Identify and execute strategies to improve SEO
- Content Writing – blogs, press releases, newsletters
- Assist with Event Planning and Coordination
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, Art or a related field.
- Excellent writing skills and strong written and verbal communication.
- Desire and ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to write and create artwork to match an existing style, look, and feel.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Experience with Hubspot and other CRMs is a plus
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro or Apple iMovie, Wordpress, Framer, and Canva a plus.
