Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for marketing materials, websites, blogs, and social media platforms to attract and retain target audiences.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools; prepare reports and recommendations to optimize results.
• Brand Management: Support the implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing efforts.
• Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, or community outreach initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Administrative Support: Manage marketing assets, maintain databases, and oversee general administrative tasks related to marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, including internships or entry-level roles.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software is preferred.
• Strong communication and writing skills with an eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
