Marketing Specialist
We are a growing personal injury law firm in Brevard County, Florida, dedicated to providing compassionate advocacy for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firm's goals.
- Create an annual marketing plan and execute in collaboration with the approved budget.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the firm's positioning and messaging.
- Oversee brand development and ensure consistent representation across all channels.
- Develop content strategy and ideas for social media videos and branding.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage Andrew Pickett Law and Andrew Pickett Lawyer brands. Launch initiative to increase followers, views, and engagement on both platforms.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, LSA, social media, lead generation, and content marketing.
- Manage vendors for digital accounts to increase positive results.
- Drive online presence and engagement through effective digital campaigns.
- Create and manage monthly internal and external newsletter campaigns.
- Manage video content and ensure posts are going up on each scheduled day. Facilitate content topics for both brands and include social media trends before filming.
- Identify opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and community outreach.
- Plan and execute events for community service initiatives.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Build out and maintain data automation for marketing dashboards.
- Provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a positive return on investment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge and experience with social media, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- Proven experience in digital marketing and branding, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
