We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist at our Fenton, MO location. This position will be part of the sales team, driving growth and brand presence by developing and executing marketing initiatives across both print and digital platforms.

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to capture new revenue streams.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, website graphics, email campaigns, and other marketing communications to reflect the services and products of the company to customers.
- Maintain a strong social media presence and company website utilizing a web content management system (WordPress).
- Manage trade shows and product demonstrations in coordination with the sales and service teams.
- Provide sales support with marketing collateral and promotional items as needed.
- Maximize CRM (HubSpot) to manage lead generation and create effective email campaigns; Act as the point person for training the sales team.
- Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to ensure effective marketing initiatives.
- Analyze sales and manage the marketing budget to maximize sales and ROI.
- Assign incoming leads (phones, website contact forms).
- Ensure the test kitchen and showroom are presentable, machines are clean, items are stocked, and customer samples are fulfilled.

What you will bring:
- 5+ years relevant experience; Foodservice industry experience a plus!
- Proven experience in both print and digital marketing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Proficiency with MSOffice Suite and Adobe Creative Studios required, Familiarity with CMS (WordPress) and Google Analytics a plus!
- Understanding of the framework of CRM structure and campaign building.
- Ability to compose compelling ad copy and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of web design.
- Firm grasp of social media and its audience and impact.
- Detail-oriented, with a high sense of urgency and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to the ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly with strong attention to detail.
- Can work independently and with a team, Highly adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
