Marketing Specialist
Job Overview:
As the Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for assisting in the development, management, execution and analysis of marketing initiatives and programs for the Arachas Group. In this role, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the creation, review, and distribution of marketing materials (digital and print).
- Manage, organize, and execute ongoing list procurement activities with third-party vendors, database, and mail house.
- Evaluate and refine direct mail and email approaches, offers, and creative elements to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company’s marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
- Partner with an outside vendor to develop and execute online and in person educational events that drive acquisition efforts.
- Utilize tools and resources to develop compelling content that can be used in multiple channels, including social media, website, email, blogs and more.
- Manage and update marketing materials and other relevant content to ensure consistency and relevance in messaging across multiple channels. Maintain the agency’s branding standards across all communications and materials.
- Maintain all aspects of the website including copy/image/content changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing related role required
- Business-to-consumer (B2C) experience highly desired
- Any experience working in the insurance or healthcare industries a plus
- Intermediate-level skills in the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Comfortable using digital marketing and design tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and Email platforms (Salesforce, AgencyBloc, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Ability to be a self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects in a timely way
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and effective active listening
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-changing environment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (Hybrid Work Schedule)
