Marketing Specialist – AI Language & Customer Journey

About the Role: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for refining and managing the language and tone of our AI, Olivia, ensuring that all customer interactions are clear, professional, and on-brand.
Responsibilities:
- Language Management: Develop and refine the language used by our AI, Olivia, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s voice and tone. Control the formality and informality of Olivia’s responses, ensuring consistency across all customer interactions. A significant portion of your time will be spent reviewing Olivia’s transcripts to enhance her tone of voice and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Customer Journey Review: Analyze and review the customer journey, identifying areas where Olivia’s responses can be improved to elevate customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the AI team to implement language changes and ensure the AI’s responses meet marketing and customer service standards.
- Training and Support: Initially support training sessions led by our AI team to understand the backend processes and technical aspects of Olivia’s functionality.
- Feedback Implementation: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually refine Olivia’s interactions. Communicate necessary changes to the AI team and ensure timely implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements and actionable improvements.
Experience with AI or CRM systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
