Marketing and Sales Coordinator / Product Development F/H - Linman

Linman & Associates is recruiting a Product Manager / Product Development Assistant on behalf of an international company based in the United States, specializing in gourmet food products and the cosmetics industry.

Localisation :
The company offers the candidate the option to be based in France, with regular interactions with the CEO, and the possibility of payroll services for working in the U.S.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in the development of products and packaging, primarily for the gourmet food (80%) and cosmetics (20%) sectors. You will work closely with the CEO to lead product development projects and support the company’s marketing and sales activities.

As a Product Manager / Product Development Assistant, your main responsibilities are:

• Design and develop packaging and products in collaboration with suppliers in France and Europe,
• Assist in exporting products outside the US to Asia, Canada, Europe, Middle East,
• Coordinate and participate in trade shows in the US and internationally (Asia, Canada, and Europe),
• Set up regular reporting of figures and performance indicators, share with the team,
• Establish and follow projects, monitor customer price lists and contracts,
• Support the team in all matters related to the company's back office.
