About the Job
- Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities.
- Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads.
- Reaching out to prospects through calls or emails to assess their needs.
- Educate and sell Kaptyn’s business solutions and services to new and existing customers clients.
- Schedule and go through demos of our business portal and QR product.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Close and follow up on sales transactions.
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
What you'll do:
- Aid in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
- Assist in content creation for marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for sales and marketing activities.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience
- Understanding of industry- standard operations
- Strong phone and personnel skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skill
