RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Account Executives to:
- Gather info and prepare marketing package to send to carriers.
- Track and follow up with carriers for medical and ancillary quotes.
- Provide Monthly Reporting tracking claims trend for fully insured and self-funded clients.
- Peer Review documents for accuracy.
- Generate Benchmarking reports for clients and prospective clients.
- Other duties, as necessary.
- Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
- Knowledge of group product lines, or the ability to obtain required knowledge within 3 to 6 months of accepting the position.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with Advanced knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Excel (formatting, formulas, etc.)
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
