STORE BRANDS PACKAGING PROJECT MANAGER:
Position Summary:
The Store Brands Packaging Project Manager is entrusted with the strategic planning and daily oversight of a multifaceted packaging and branding initiative. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Store Brands Product Development, this role engages with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities encompass comprehensive project tracking, prioritization, issue resolution, and seamless communication with team members to ensure project coherence.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter experienced in orchestrating large-scale projects with numerous deliverables and stakeholders. This individual must embody professionalism, accountability, and possess adept multitasking capabilities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize MS Project for meticulous project tracking and updates
- Ensure timely fulfillment of all internal and external deliverables
- Serve as a focal point for addressing internal and external partner concerns and issues
- Foster alignment of schedules and responsibilities among project partners
- Provide concise weekly status reports to key stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Demonstrated self-starting initiative
- Preferably, extensive experience in project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Proficiency in leadership and team coordination
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with MS Project
- Previous experience in retail, agency, or packaging industries advantageous
