Marketing Project Manager
Must have a Marketing background and experience; not seeking Project Managers or Scrum Masters from IT or other areas of concentration
Job Description - Expectations:
- Use a mixture of project management styles and methodologies (agile, scrum, waterfall, hybrid, etc.) to plan, manage, and deliver marketing campaigns
- Support the Marketing Campaign Manager by preparing calendars, roadmaps, schedules, resource documentation, and various communications
- Lead cross-functional teams in best practices to keep projects organized, processes streamlined, and teams informed
- Determine and manage tasks, meetings, communications, issues, risks, and action items
- Schedule and facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint review, retrospectives, and backlog grooming)
- Monitor progress and performance and help teams celebrate successes or make improvements
- Prepare communications for stakeholders and leadership team
- Prepare summaries of campaign progress as well as the performance during and after the conclusion of the campaigns
- Act as a facilitator between stakeholders and team, making sure decisions, instructions, timelines, and deliverables are clear
- Promote learning, experimentation, and fun
- Bachelor's degree preferred
TECHNICAL SKILLS

- 3 years experience
