Marketing Operations Specialist (Remote, US)
Overview: Join our team as a Marketing Operations Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting both OEM and channel marketing teams. Your focus will be on managing administrative and operational tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with 1-3 years of experience
Hours/Duration: Full-time, ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the events calendar, managing scheduling and requests efficiently.
Coordinate logistics for multiple events, handling tasks such as third-party event forms, event shipping arrangements, and inventory management of promotional items.
Collaborate with external vendors, including freight and logistics providers, catering services, audiovisual suppliers, and fabrication vendors.
Provide support to channel marketing managers by managing contract renewals, tracking approvals, overseeing purchase orders, and conducting budget reviews.
Facilitate the setup of new vendor/customer accounts and maintain ongoing vendor compliance and relationships.
Track and analyze marketing campaign results and other relevant data to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role within a corporate environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships and collaborating with team members.
Familiarity with physical and digital event production processes, including event logistics and marketing operations.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for event calendar management and PowerPoint for marketing dashboards.
Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred.
