About the Job
The Marketing Operations Specialist implements programmatic and operationalinitiatives through the marketing technology stack including the marketingautomation platform. You work with marketing automation and email automationtools and should understand paid & social media marketing. Lead theimplementation, management, analysis, and optimization of Channel Fusionmarketing programs including paid media, content, SEO and email marketingprograms. You will work closely with marketing leadership to develop detailedchannel strategies and provide input into creative and channel performance tooptimize programs.As part of our marketing team, you oversee all aspects of campaigns. You developa high-level view of our marketing operations and procedures and implement newprocesses to eliminate inefficiency, improve and optimize program performance,and support overall business objectives.Responsibilities * Implement and manage programs in HubSpot and 6sense, key elements of the company’s marketing technology stack. * Manage and maintain integrations & lead routing in the CRM, optimizing the automation and processes for the marketing and sales team. * Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels. * Support the development of effective channel strategies that align with company objectives. * Measure campaign performance and collaborate with marketing leadership to adjust as needed. * Provide technical input on program execution options (formats, targeting, etc.) to guide strategy and creative asset development. * Review and stay up to date on all new tools and technologies in this space. Recommend adjustments to new technologies. * Champion innovation to evaluate new digital approaches and technologies.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field. * 1 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or digital marketing operations. * Must have strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management solutions like Hubspot and 6sense, or similar. * Excellent communication, organizational, project management and critical-thinking skills, and strong attention to detail. * Experience using a variety of marketing software and technologies as part of an integrated sales and marketing tech stack. * Knowledgeable in a variety of digital services, including Google ads, Digital display ads and LinkedIn, for example. * Be familiar with the latest technology & trends in the marketing industry and marketing operations. * Deep understanding of marketing channels including, paid (Google Ads, Paid Social) and organic (search and social) and a good understanding of the principles of digital marketing (SEO, Paid Media & Analytics) * Proven ability to work cross-functionally. * Creative thinker and problem solver. * A creative mindset, contributing new ideas that overcome challenges.
