Pay Rate: $58.52/ HR
10-month W2 Role, potential to extend/ convert to FTE

Role Day-to-Day:
The Marketing Operations Manager reports to the Associate Director, Marketing Operations, U.S. Brand Management. This role offers comprehensive support for the operational functions of the Marketing Team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Medical, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate the corporate review process for promotional materials through our Promotional Review Board (PRB), ensuring compliance with FDA guidelines.
- Collaborate with Brand, Compliance, Medical, and Agencies to ensure the accuracy and compliance of promotional materials.
- Oversee the timely submission of promotional materials to the FDA's Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP).
- Develop, execute, and manage ongoing marketing projects and campaigns in coordination with the Brand Team.
- Manage the production of promotional materials across various formats and channels.
- Forecast inventory quantities, monitor inventory levels, and facilitate shipping of marketing materials.
- Coordinate translation of marketing materials into multiple languages through translation vendors.
- Define project budgets, manage expenses, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Train and onboard internal and external partners on systems and processes.
- Manage subscriptions to print and online journal articles.
- Collaborate with vendors to meet project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Support sales enablement tools and respond to requests.
- Create, pull, and disseminate reports for cross-functional teams.
- Initiate and manage special projects to enhance processes and drive efficiencies.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of related experience in a pharmaceutical/biologics/ad agency environment.
- Proficiency in PRB management and continuous improvement management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and purchase orders.
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
